Tennis Bits by PlaySide – Review

Do you like Tennis? Mario Tennis and Sega Superstars Tennis are both brilliant examples of how big game development studios always seem to end up making a tennis game… “Why?” Who knows? But today we’ve got a new game to add into the mix, this is our review of Tennis Bits.

If One Tap Tennis is the simplest tennis game the world has ever seen, then Tennis Bits is by far the highest quality tennis game we’ve ever seen… On a smartphone of course😉

Tennis Bits is more than visually stunning, this game will leave you awestruck unable to comprehend what your eyes are telling you! How the PlaySide team managed to implement a console grade game into a smartphone we simply don’t know but it is incredible!

Normally with “Console Grade Games” this is where we’d talk about how the game would be much easier to play on an actual console, and to a degree Tennis Bits is no exception. The game controls can be rather tricky to use at first, but after a few games, you’ll begin to get the hang of it rather quickly.

Obviously this isn’t the type of game you can play single handedly or half asleep. You’ll need a moderate level of concentration when playing Tennis Bits, but seriously, who doesn’t play console games seriously?

For all we’d love to say about Tennis Bits this review is far too short, so you’ll just have to experience it in the game😉

If you’re a tennis fan that would just love a high quality tennis game you can play on the go, here one is. For some, the fast paced console style gameplay may be just a bit too fast, but for those of you who have been longing to play “real” Tennis on your smartphone, this is no doubt as close as it gets… so far…
