Snail Ride – What a sluggish game…😂
Snail Ride by Bloop Games - Review
Snail Ride by Bloop Games
As usual, we were not hired or paid to feature this game. If it’s bad, we’ll tell you it’s bad.
Ha! Were you lured in by our enticing title? Were you just curious to see how sluggish a game about snails could be? Well, you’re out of luck because today’s game is about snails, not slugs! …or is it…🙀
Snail Ride (by Bloop Games) is a game about the Usain Bolt of all snails. Set on a twisting and turning vine covered in spikes, bubbles, and other bugs, your mission in this game is to skillfully tap on the screen of your device in order to switch the side of the vine on which your snail travels in order to (1) survive for as long as possible, and (2) collect as many bubbles as possible.
The longer you survive the faster and more challenging the game becomes, forcing you to stay alert and on the ready for anything that may – or may not – kill your player!
Unlike most games in this genre, Snail Ride actually gives you a second chance. If you accidentally collide with a heard of “CHARGING!” Ladybugs🐞 or crash into a spike on the vine you are climbing, your snail will only lose his/her shell, essentially turning the game Snail Ride into Slug Ride…😂
With a simple set of controls (simply tap to swap sides), a number of different strange and exotic snails for you to unlock, and a surprisingly minimal number of ads – which is always appreciable, Snail Ride is a simple game we can’t exactly call sluggish…😆
If snails and slugs are your favorite creatures to watch slowly devouring your neighbor’s garden, perhaps Snail Ride is a game you will enjoy.😈
