Slime Road – How far can you slime?

In general, there are 2 different ways in which game developers can show players Ads. The first way is simple, show Ads each time a player Game Over’s (i.e. at the peak of your frustration!!) The second method is to show Ads just before transitioning on to the next level (i.e. at the peak of your excitement).

Slime Road (by tastypill and Ruby Games Studio) takes the latter approach…

For the first time in way too long, Slime Road is a game where it is actually hard for players to game over! Set in a colorful & minimalistic 3D world, your mission in this game is to bounce through a series of large hoops before launching yourself at a massive bullseye and completing the level!

This cycle continues, gradually increasing in length but not difficulty until you eventually either get bored and stop playing or the sentimental value of the insanely high level you are on keep you playing for months and years to come.

Trust me, sentimental value is scary! I am currently on level 1,600 on Helix Jump and am still playing!! 😱😱😱

Anyway, for anyone who finds it annoying how a lot of new games either start out incredibly difficult or quickly become so difficult the majority of players would deem them unplayable, Slime Road stays playable. The hoops are humongous, you can’t fall off the road, and the only penalty for missing a bullseye is a lower score.

If you enjoy the look and feel of these types of minimalistic 3D games, but find them far too difficult to continue playing long-term, you may have just stumbled upon a keeper!

The Conclusion

With a number of different players and roads for you to unlock, a fairly standard number of Ads (i.e. there are a lot of ads) and simple gameplay – Slime Road is a nice game to play overall. Not too hard & not too easy.

Goldilocks would be satisfied! 😆
