Silly Sausage – A deadly doggy dessert adventure

If there were such a thing as a stretching sausage dog that could stretch as far as your imagination allows you to visualize, what do you think it would do if it were surrounded by every type of delicious treat imaginable…?

Silly Sausage: Doggy Dessert is basically just such a game, only with a few extra “minor” obstacles such as, Bombs, Spike Balls, Flying-Dentures (!?), Poison Acid, and pretty much whatever else you can imagine. Terrifying…

Played typical Nitrome style, your mission in this game is to make your way from checkpoint to checkpoint while collecting gems, avoiding obstacles, and eating whatever stands in your path! The gameplay system seems to be somewhere between a puzzle game and an action/adventure game with some aspects of the game requiring players to stop and think, while other times simply requiring you to move fast!

The game is played using super easy to learn swipe controls, (to control the direction in which your player stretches), and a “Wall Grab(?)” system that allows you to move from one object to another around the stage.

This proves to be very important, due to the fact that if any one section of your insanely long body is hit by an enemy, GAME OVER. This means that the further you stretch without repositioning your body, the more you’ll have to watch out for, not a good idea…

With the usual super high-quality pixel graphics found in Nitrome games, unhappy looking cupcakes as your background, and more fun stuff to make you laugh, this game is simple and addictive and will no doubt be a challenge to put down.

If you like action games that require you to do more than just tap, this is the game for you.
With an almost endless number of well-designed levels, you’ll have a hard time getting bored while playing this game.
