Reed – Save a Dying Supercomputer… or else…💀

Have you ever imagined what might happen if we all just gave up and let a single supercomputer govern Earth’s civilizations? Who knows? We may actually be better off under the rule of an eternally fair AI than that of a very unique president…?

Reed (by PXLink) is the story of a cute cat-like creature created by an old and dying supercomputer to collect all of his lost (cubes) in order to restore himself back into working order. If only our old computers did that! 🖥

Scattered around numerous challenging levels, your mission in this game is to collect all of these floating cubes in order to bring your (dad…?) back to life. Each level is filled with deadly traps that do an awesome job of killing you no matter how careful you are. Thankfully the levels aren’t too long so you should eventually make it out the other end without dying, so long as you keep on trying… Persistence is the key to success…

Played using a set of simple on-screen controls which can be used to make your player move left and right as well as jump and double-jump, Reed is simple and intuitive to play – especially if you happen to be playing on an Android device with a nice larger display.

Although this game is definitely playable on a smaller screen, having a larger screen area to play with is almost always better!

Much as this is a strange thing to get excited about, Reed is one of the fastest games to restart after an unexpected GAME OVER we have tested recently. With NO ADS (because Reed is a paid game), all you need to do is simply tap on the screen of your device and you are back in the game. No long animations or annoying display Ads. Simple and Fast!

With great pixel art graphics, fluid animations, and an unspecified number of challenging levels, Reed is a fun little platformer game that should last you a while!

The Conclusion

If anything that costs you $$$ is out of the question, then Reed probably isn’t the game for you. However, if you are willing to spend just a few dollars in exchange for no Ads, speedy replays, and excellent graphics, Reed is a game that won’t disappoint you.
