The majority of mobile gamers can be split into 3 categories. Action Gamers, Puzzle Gamers, and Allround Game Addicts (aka The Edamame Team). Today we’ve got 1 game to satisfy everyone.
Mine Blitz is a perfect cross between Action Gaming and Puzzle Gaming every mobile gamer should get a little fun out of. Set in an underground mine shaft filled with way too many explosives to be considered safe, this game requires both speed and fast logical reasoning.
Played on a 2D grid like stage, your mission in this game is to dig down from mine shaft to mine shaft while collecting gold and other such artifacts you can use to unlock new levels, items, and power-ups. The game is played by tapping on the screen to dig down one block, and your player, (a miner equipped with a jackhammer), will automatically run back and forth between the two sides of your screen hammering everything in front of him, including explosives, fire ghosts, spikes, etc…💀
If you haven’t worked this out already, Mine Blitz is a game based mostly around protecting your player from the most dangerous variable in the entire game, “Himself.”
With cute little pixel graphics, challenging yet very playable stages, and a minimal number of ads, there isn’t much more you could want in an action packed puzzle game.
If you are constantly playing games on and off, and happen to love both puzzle games and action games, Mine Blitz is a rare type of game you’ll have a hard time finding an alternative to.
With stages to keep your level of progress, Mine Blitz is one of the few puzzle games we’ve seen that doesn’t start over each time you restart the app.
