Make11 – Is 11 the new 2048…?

After the rise and fall of 2048 a few years back there hasn’t really been a viral number game… Until now! This is our review of Make11 “potentially” the next viral number game…😃

Make11 is a simple number game about combining numbers in order to make, “you guessed it”, the number 11. Although the game doesn’t end immediately after you create the number 11, it definitely does take a steep shift toward becoming truly impossible…

Played using not (Swipe Controls) but (Tap Controls), Make11 is played by dropping number blocks down into a 5×5 grid in order to add matching number tiles together. You are given a preview of the next 4 number tiles to come, a little like in Tetris, but unfortunately, there is no option for you to hold a number for use at a later time or to rearrange the order in which they are given to you.

Now, for players who have played 2048, (pretty much everyone), Make11 is played not by multiplying numbers, but by adding matching number tiles together. For example, 1+1=2, 2+2=3, 3+3=4, etc. Just a little different to the math you did in school…😃

Although the game does have a slight learning curve, once you’ve figured things out, the similarities to 2048 and Tetris-like gameplay system make playing Make11 surprisingly straightforward and simply enjoyable.

So, is it about time you found your next favorite number game?

With graphics that strongly resemble 2048 together with a brand new gameplay system that shouldn’t feel too new, or out of this world, Make11 is a game that slots perfectly into that sweet spot between “boring old” and “overly new”.
