Ink Slime by xiao xiao – Review

Jam and Doughnuts, Pancakes and Icecream, Milk and Chocolate. Adding two great things together “almost” always gives you something better. So what about Ink, Slime, and Ninja Stars? This is our review of Ink Slime.

Ink Slime is a very simple game. On your screen you will find a ninja star, an inky target, – is inky a word? – and most of the time, some kind of obstacle. Pretty simple.

By tapping on the screen of your device the moment there’s an opening between obstacles, or the moment your target is directly above your Ninja Star, you can fire your star and hopefully “Pop” your target, sending slimy ink splattering all over your screen.

With each stage you are given one chance to “Pop” your target (unless you watch an ad), meaning accuracy and timing, together with just a little speed, are everything. If you take too long setting up for your perfect shot, your star will slowly fall to the bottom of your screen and “Game Over.”

For those of you who find one shot, and a limited amount of time stressful, this game also has a much easier “Arcade Mode” where the only thing limiting you from playing on eternally is a 60 second time limit.

If Ninja Stars, Splattering Ink, and Slime sound attractive, Ink Slime may just be the game for you.
