If you’ve ever wondered how younger generations can spend hours of their lives clicking on a virtual cookie in the middle of their screen, when they could be fishing out in the ocean with nothing to do or think about, today we’ve got just the game for you.
Technically speaking, Hooked Inc isn’t exactly a clicker game, but for argument’s sake let’s ignore that fact. Hooked Inc is the first “clicker” game we can actually see players over say +35 actually enjoying. …and struggling to put down…
Set on a boat in the middle of the ocean, your mission in this game is to fish in order to gain money($) you can use to upgrade your ship which allows you to catch even more fish, and the loop continues on for eternity.🔄
With 2 main methods of catching fish, (1) via upgrading your ship and waiting for your player/crew to start making a fortune or, (2) by simply swiping your finger over the fish that swim past your boat.
Either way, if you’re a “Fishing Addict”, this game is dangerous…⚠️
After catching anywhere between 50 and 100 virtual fish as a large school of fish swam by our boat, we knew that we were hooked for life and that if we didn’t write our review soon, there would be no one left to actually get some work done…💀😱
😂 With a simple design that almost seems minimalistic(?), a mid-range of functionality covering everything you need in a great game, and not too many ads to interrupt your fishing adventure, Hooked Inc is a game designed perfectly for that one guy who can’t seem to understand the fun in clicker games!
If you’re a clicker game lover there is a 98% chance that you have already skipped over this part in our review and are already downloading Hooked Inc on your smart device. However(!), if you are still reading this, why not install this on your Dad’s smartphone?
