We’ve said this way too many times, but secretly, we’re hoping this won’t be the last… “We may have found the coolest cross between Pong and Breakout ever!” …again😅
Enclose is a game you’ll no doubt feel familiar with the moment you first play it. This cross between two legendary games, Pong and Breakout, has taken the good parts of both games and combined them into a single game – “Enclose”.
The aim of the game is like many other modern games, to collect purple gems, and to survive for as long as possible, very standard, but the stage on which you play is a creation inspired by pure genius.
Surrounding your ball are a collection of paddles (like the paddles in Pong) that, slowly disappear (a little like the bricks in Breakout) although unlike the bricks in breakout, by hitting the paddles/bricks, instead of eliminating the them, you can actually prevent them from vanishing.
If you’ve followed along this far, you’ve probably already got a decent idea of how the game is played. By tapping on either the left or right sides of your screen you can rotate the circular wheel of paddles so as to guide your ball to hit certain paddles and not to hit others.
The more bounces you get the harder the game becomes and the faster the paddles begin disappearing, making it harder and harder to keep your wheel a circle. Eventually gaps will begin forming, where paddles have disappeared and soon after the paddles themselves will begin shrinking😱 What happens after that we do not know…
