Dungeon – The better you are the worse it gets…

Do you like playing dungeon style adventure games? If so, you can imagine how excited we were when we heard that Ketchapp released a game called Dungeon! …unfortunately, it isn’t exactly the type of “Dungeon” game you may have been expecting…

Dungeon is a minimalist style jumper game where you the player are required to run back and forth across the screen of your device without falling prey to any of the many deadly traps positioned around each level.

The game itself is fairly basic and is played by simply tapping on the screen of your device in order to jump over whatever obstacles block your path. In addition to this basic gameplay system, the difficulty level in Dungeon is – simply put – unchanging.

As you progress throughout the game, the difficulty level of each “stage” stays pretty much the same. What changes are the number of “stages” you are required to complete per level (i.e. level 5 = survive 5 “stages” in order to progress to level 6.)

Simply put, this means that so long as you are capable of clearing most of the stages, this game will never become too difficult to play. A new and very interesting approach to managing difficulty levels…

Lastly, although this game doesn’t resemble a Dungeon at all graphics-wise, if you’re a fan of minimalist graphics, and would like a game that never gets too hard, this is a game you should really take a look at.

Are you tired of playing games that soon become way too difficult? (essentially becoming unplayable?) If so, this is a game you should probably check out.

With simple minimalist graphics, (which we are quite a fan of 😁 ), a gameplay system that never gets too difficult, and plenty of characters to unlock, this is a game that seems to never get old.
