As stated in the title of this article, Crazy Batting Center is the least surprising game from (hap Inc.) we’ve tested so far. Although this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, don’t expect any surprises.
From the creators of Hidden my game by mom and Tokimeter – which were both very surprising games – this game is a very standard batting game for your iOS or Android device.
Played by skillfully tapping on the screen of your device in order to swing your bat and hopefully hit a baseball, your mission in this game is to hit as many balls as possible in order to receive coins you can use to unlock some very strange and exotic characters, such as bugs, frogs, shellfish, and other sports players who obviously don’t know how to use a batting center…⚾
In most cases, you will receive 1 or 2 coins per game, and it only costs 10 coins to unlock a new character, so it should only take you 1 or 2 days to unlock pretty much everything in the game. Crazy Batting Center doesn’t make unlocking new characters difficult.
Unfortunately, once you’ve unlocked everything, there really isn’t a lot left to do but hit baseballs …and that’s a lot more fun in Baseball Boy! (by Monkeyfood and Voodoo) than it is in Crazy Batting Center.
The Conclusion
If you’re after a game you can play on an 8-hour flight and then forget about forever, Crazy Batting Center is the perfect game for you. …because the replay value in this game is almost non-existent…
