Back Back – An intense game where everything red is evil

Do you remember our review of Double Cube, the first game we’ve ever played where controlling two players actually felt possible? We’ve always wondered what it would be like if the creators of Double Cube (GameOver Studio), created an impossible game, and it seems they have.

Back Back is an extremely difficult runner game you’ll have a hard time excelling at. Based on the simple rule, “everything red is bad”, this may be the hardest game we’ve played all month.

Played by tapping on the screen of your device to make your player move back, thus the name “Back Back”, your mission is to simply survive for as long as possible. Easier said than done. Especially when almost everything in this game is designed to kill you💀

With “EVIL RED” obstacles raining down on you from above, spiking up at you from below, and looming defiantly on the path before you, you’re doing well if you survive longer than 30 seconds. Seriously, even the left-hand side of your screen will kill you!

When it comes to the graphics in this game, Back Back isn’t the best game we’ve seen from The GameOver Team. For us, Double Cube felt much more polished and had more of a premium feel to it overall. Although this game isn’t a bad game, we sort of wish it looked as good as Double Cube did.

With a simple gameplay system enhanced with an insane number of obstacles, this game is truly impossible…👾
