Do you love the story of Alice in Wonderland? If so, chances are today’s game will come as quite a surprise to you… Unless of course, you’re thinking of Disney’s 2010 take on Alice in Wonderland…
Alice Transforms is a speedy slasher game featuring a vicious looking Alice wielding a giant sword longer than she is tall! Set in the strange and wondrous dimensions looming between each layer of a mirror in wonderland, your mission in this game is to slash down at enemies as you smash your way through each mirror in hopes of defeating the final boss and eventually getting home.
As you progress through the game, you can unlock powerful costumes Alice can transform into as she smashes through each mirror, essentially making the game easier and easier to play. Cuter Costumes = More Power? Girls are weird…
If this game makes any sense to you so far, congratulations(!), because we have no idea what we just reviewed… Although we do know one thing… Alice Transforms is a surprisingly fun game to play!
Featuring a combination of Tilt & Tap Controls, (that can be switched out for Swipe & Tap Controls), Alice Transforms is one of the few Tilt Control based games we actually love. The gameplay system is well designed to fit with the control system, and so we never really felt cheated after a GAME OVER.
With cute graphics that “occasionally” freeze – not very often, but still sometimes – a fitting soundtrack and set of sound effects that really help you visualize what just happened to the enemy you slashed in half, this is a game for anyone who thinks Alice would look much better as a vicious looking cosplayer😉
