Shadows

Shadows is an interesting game in the sense that everything besides yourself that moves on the screen is an enemy. We once reviewed a game similar to this called Germanium. Though the controls and style of graphics are completely different in these two games, the concept that everything is against you is pretty much the same.

After testing this game for a while we soon realised you’ll probably only ever be one or the other, either you’ll love this game or you’ll hate it… You, as the player control a small red cube and are supposed to skillfully maneuver it past countless obstacles that move, spin, enlarge, and sometimes even fall at you! It’s no easy task, and can quickly become frustrating for a less coordinated players.

If you are of the group that loves this sort of game, this game’s graphics are awesome. As you can probably tell from our site, we love the minimalist look, and this game has it! There are no buttons to control the cube with, nor banner ads to distract you, when playing there’s just you (the cube) and everything else (the obstacles).

There are no games harder to rank than ones like this. Depending on who you are this game could be a C or an A, it is really one of those games.

Our team believes most players will get at least a B ranks worth of fun out of it but it’s really up to you for this one…
